Classrooms open across the school at 8:30am.
Our full wraparound care, from 7:30am to 6:00pm, is available to all children aged three and above. The longest day that two year olds can do is from 8:00am to 4:00pm, once settled.
Our provision from 8:00am until 5:30pm (Early Birds and Extended Day) is included in the school fees. Breakfast Club and Late Stay carry a charge.
For children aged 3 and over, Breakfast Club runs from 7:30am in the Dining Room. Children are given breakfast and at 8:00am they are escorted to Early Birds. This service is bookable in advance, either on a termly basis or ad hoc, and carries a charge.
Early Birds enables parents to drop their children at school from 8:00am. There is no charge for this service. Two year olds who are considered to be settled by their Key Person may attend Early Birds. There is no need to pre-book, but children must be registered on arrival with a member of duty staff. Early Birds takes place in several locations, depending on the Year Group. At 8:30am younger children are escorted to their classrooms and older children are allowed to make their own way.
Two year olds should be collected by 4:00pm at the latest from Pre-Nursery. Children aged three and above who have not been collected by 3:45pm will be taken to the Lower School Hall to be cared for until Extended Day begins.
Children aged 3 and over can go to Extended Day which takes place from the end of the school day until 5:30pm. Children are given a light tea between 4:30pm and 5:00pm and can then access both indoor and outdoor activities, weather permitting. Children must be signed out with a member of staff on collection.
There is a charge for children staying after 5:30pm and all children must be collected by 6:00pm.
Children in Years 3 to 6 who remain uncollected by 4:10pm are automatically taken to After School Break (4:00pm-4:30pm) where they will be given a snack.
Following After School Break, at 4.30pm, children are taken to Homework Club which runs until 5:30pm. Any children who have not been collected by 5:30pm are taken to Late Stay.
There is a charge for children staying after 5:30pm and all children must be collected by 6:00pm.
