We are enjoying another year of superb Year 6 results, with children gaining places at a fantastic variety of outstanding Senior Schools. We are also delighted to be celebrating a bumper number of scholarships, with just over 30% of the children receiving award offers. The year group of 53 children has gained an impressive total of 28 awards between them across a variety of disciplines, ranging from Academic to Sport, Art and Music. The Senior Schools recognising The Manor’s talented pupils include Abingdon School, Cheltenham Ladies’ College, Reading Blue Coat and St Helen and St Katharine, to name just a few. Whilst scholarships and awards are to be celebrated, what is most important is that all of the children progress to a Senior School that is right for them; where they can continue to grow and flourish. We are so very proud, as each and every Year 6 child has shown remarkable determination and they have also impressed with their positive, articulate and considerate approach at interview as well as with their kindness and support of one another. This is about so much more than pure academic results and we know that our ‘Class of 2025’ will go from strength to strength!
